"Curvy is sexy" Messe Berlin July 2015
The "Curvy is sexy" fashion fair for plus size fashion has moved to a new location this season. Much more central, the occasion was held at no less a place than the Orangerie of Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin - what a setting!
Royal parks and perfect weather were already a fantastic prerequisite for the get-together of the Curvy fashionistas! Which trends and brands were to be discovered, who we met, and all impressions of the "Curvy is sexy" Summer Edition 2015 we show you here...

The castle with its impressive decor was, of course, a fantastic backdrop, along with nonstop fashion, a horse with a prince (Curvy shuttles), and a candy stand - all in all a dream come true for girls :-)
Among the exhibitors were German as well as international plus size brands and designers. The wide-ranging portfolio had something for every taste and was at the same time refreshingly young and trendy. Labels like Studio Untold, which also presented their Capsule Blogger Collection, as well as Sallie Sahne and Zizzi from Denmark with their Black Label impressed with current looks, trendy cuts, and urban styling! Designer Adam Brody from Zurich, Elena Miro from Italy, and Parisian designer and Pulp Fashion Award winner Olivier Wartowski presented high-quality, exclusive collections for more discerning fashion lovers. Faces to watch! These lovely ladies were the Curvy models of this year’s fashion show. Beautiful and talented, we will surely see some of these faces again in the future. The charming Fabiana Ferreira Lima and Marcella Scelsi had lots of fun not only at the show but also backstage!

Plus size model Christin Thomsen at the booth of designer Olivier Wartowski. The audience at Curvy also enjoyed the hustle and bustle, as despite 30 degrees Celsius, they were well supplied with drinks and beach chairs! And of course, the Curvy scene's notable names were not missing either. It was three exciting days full of inspiring encounters, great collections, and all in all a very successful fair - we are already looking forward to the next round!
