Pick up in store

  1. We offer you the option of picking up your order directly from us in the store.
  2. Your order is usually ready for collection the next working day. You will be notified of this by email.
  3. You have 14 days to pick it up, please bring your email with the order confirmation and show it.

  1. Worldwide shipping is done with DHL.

  2. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than 3 working days after ordering. Unless otherwise stated (delivery times see table), delivery within Germany takes place within three to five working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location.

  3. All item prices include German VAT (19% VAT).

  4. Please note that we only take over the insurance of the goods for the dispatch, but not for the eventual return shipment. You are responsible for the proper return of the goods in the event of an exchange. Item prices are quoted without customs duties. Please note that all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling fees are invoiced separately by DHL for each country. Please send any questions about the amount of taxes and fees incurred in your country to our customer service by e-mail: service@les-soeurs-shop.de. Please note that you may have to pay foreign bank charges.

  5. Customs fees, import sales tax and handling fees etc. from DHL will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

  6. Delivery within Germany is free.
  7. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return.

It's a shame that you don't want to keep your goods! It goes without saying that we would like to make it possible for you to return the goods comfortably and easily. You therefore have up to 14 days after receiving your item to cancel your order. 

The withdrawal period begins on the day the last item in your order is delivered. The easiest way to make use of your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return slip / delivery note in your package and send the goods back to us. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all labels and original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products (except in the case of defects). 

In order to comply with the cancellation period, however, it is sufficient if you inform us that you want to cancel your order before the cancellation period has expired.

We will immediately reimburse the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the revocation. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may postpone the refund until we have received the items or you have verified that you sent the items, whichever comes first.

The goods should be sent back to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for a decrease in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the item. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop, for example. In the event of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot be released or can only be released in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits drawn if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. If the delivery was made to Austria, for example, the return can only be initiated from Austria. We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for your order, any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded. 

Of course, you can also simply return or exchange your order directly in our shop.
