Les Soeurs Shop GmbH, Grolmanstraße 16, 10623 Berlin, Managing Directors Julia Chevalley, Jasmin Moallim, Phone: +49 30 54 84 45 08, home@les-soeurs-shop.de (hereinafter referred to as "Les Soeurs Shop" or "we"), operates an online shop under the internet address www.les-soeurs-shop.de (hereinafter referred to as "Website").
For all orders you place through the website and for our deliveries and services, only the following general terms and conditions valid at the time of the order apply. We do not recognize any deviating provisions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

2 CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day the last items in your order are delivered. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return form included in your package and send the goods back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please return all items clean, unworn, and with all tags and original packaging. For hygienic reasons, the return of underwear, tights, make-up, and skincare products is not possible (except in case of defects).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you inform us before the withdrawal period expires that you wish to withdraw your order.

Consequences of withdrawal

We will refund the payments you have made immediately and in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us about the withdrawal. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. No additional costs will be incurred by you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided proof that you have sent the items, whichever occurs first.

The goods must be sent back or returned to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us about the withdrawal.

You are liable for any reduction in value of the goods only if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the items. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and usual in a retail store. In case of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g., benefits of use) that cannot be returned or can only be returned partially or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us accordingly. You must only compensate for the deterioration of the item and for uses drawn if the uses or the deterioration are due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.

Only for goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g., bulky goods) can you also declare the return by a return request in text form, e.g., by letter or e-mail. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in time. The return or the return request must be sent to Les Soeurs Shop GmbH, Grolmanstraße 16, 10623 Berlin, service@les-soeurs-shop.de.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective country of delivery. For example, if the delivery was made to Austria, the return may only be initiated from Austria. We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for your order; any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

All customer data is stored and processed by les-soeurs-shop.de exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.

11.1.General Information

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the imprint of this website.

How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected partly because you provide it to us. Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. These are primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page access). The collection of this data occurs automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?
Some of the data is collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this and other questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint. Furthermore, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Analysis tools and third-party tools
When visiting our website and our Shopiffy shop, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. We will inform you about the objection options in this privacy policy.

11.2. Data Protection

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use them for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., when communicating by e-mail) can have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible entity
The responsible entity for data processing on this website is:

The competent supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company has its registered office. You have the right to receive data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract, either to yourself or to a third party, in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done as far as it is technically feasible.

Cookies

The websites partially use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies." They are automatically deleted after your visit ends. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. To the extent that other cookies (e.g., cookies for analyzing your surfing behavior) are stored, these are treated separately in this privacy policy.

11.5. Newsletter

Newsletter data

If the newsletter of our company is subscribed to, the data in the respective input form is transmitted to the person responsible for processing. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with foreign email addresses. When registering for the newsletter, the user's IP address as well as the date and time of registration are stored. This serves to prevent misuse of the services or the email address of the affected person. The data is not passed on to third parties.
