1. GENERAL

2 CANCELLATION POLICY
right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day the last items in your order are delivered. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return form in your package and send the goods back to us. You must bear the return shipping costs. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products cannot be returned (except in the case of defects).

Consequences of revocation
We will immediately refund the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.
