For all orders that you place via the website and for our deliveries and services, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. We do not recognize any deviating provisions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

2 NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the last item in your order is delivered. The easiest way to make use of your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return slip in your package and send the goods back to us. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all labels and original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products (except in the case of defects).

In order to comply with the cancellation period, however, it is sufficient if you inform us that you want to cancel your order before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

We will immediately reimburse the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the revocation. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may postpone the refund until we have received the items or you have verified that you sent the items, whichever comes first.

The goods should be sent back to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for a decrease in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the item. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop, for example. In the event of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot be released or can only be released in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits drawn if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.

Only in the case of goods that cannot be shipped by parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can you also return the goods by requesting them to be returned in writing, e.g. B. explain by letter or e-mail. The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. The return or the return request must be sent to Les Soeurs Shop GmbH, Grolmanstrasse 16, 10623 Berlin, service@les-soeurs-shop.de.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. If the delivery was made to Austria, for example, the return can only be initiated from Austria. We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for your order, any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
