You can pay for your order at les-soeurs-shop.de by credit card, PayPal and Klarna.
All payments and credits are processed in the currency underlying the purchase, in this case the euro.

RETURN POLICY

right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days at any time without giving a reason. The cancellation period begins on the day of delivery of the last items in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return form in your package and send the goods back to us. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products cannot be returned (except in the case of defects). 

However, in order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you inform us before the cancellation period has expired that you wish to cancel your order.

Consequences of revocation

We will immediately refund the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may suspend refunds until we have received the items or you have proven that you have sent the items, whichever comes first.

The goods should be sent back or returned to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the items. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. In the event of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot be returned or can only be returned in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value in this respect. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality.

Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can you return them by requesting their return in text form, e.g. B. by letter or e-mail. The timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. The return or the return request must be sent to Les Soeurs Shop GmbH, Grolmanstraße 16, 10623 Berlin, service@les-soeurs-shop.de. 

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. If the delivery was made to Austria, for example, the return may only be arranged from Austria. Your bank/credit card account will be debited for shipping. 

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  1. Worldwide shipping is done with DHL.

  2. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than 3 working days after ordering. Unless otherwise stated (see table for delivery times), delivery within Germany takes place within three to five working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location.

  3. All item prices include German VAT (19% VAT).

  4. Please note that we only insure the goods for delivery, but not for any return shipment. You are responsible for the proper return of the goods in the event of an exchange. Item prices are stated exclusive of customs duties. Please note that DHL will invoice all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling fees separately for each country. If you have any questions about the amount of taxes and fees incurred in your country, please contact our customer service by email: service@les-soeurs-shop.de. Please note that you may have to bear any foreign bank charges.

    Customs duties, import sales tax and handling fees etc. from DHL will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.
