All payments and credits are processed in the currency underlying the purchase, in this case euros.

RETURN POLICY
right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins on the day the last items in your order are delivered. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return form in your package and send the goods back to us. You must bear the return shipping costs. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all tags and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products cannot be returned (except in the case of defects).
However, in order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you inform us before the cancellation period expires that you would like to cancel your order.
Consequences of revocation
We will immediately refund the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the cancellation. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may suspend the refund until we have received the items or you have demonstrated that you have sent the items, whichever occurs first.
The goods should be sent back or returned to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.
You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the items. “Testing the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a store. If the item deteriorates and for uses (e.g. usage advantages) that cannot be returned or can only be released in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.
Only for goods that cannot be sent as parcels (e.g. bulky goods) can you return them by requesting their return in text form, e.g. B. explain by letter or email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or request their return on time. The return or the return request must be made to Les Soeurs Shop GmbH, Grolmanstraße 16, 10623 Berlin, service@les-soeurs-shop.de.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. For example, if the delivery was made to Austria, the return may only be initiated from Austria. Your bank/credit card account will be debited upon delivery.

Worldwide shipping is done with DHL.

The goods are ready for dispatch no later than 3 working days after ordering. Unless otherwise stated (see table for delivery times), delivery within Germany takes place within three to five working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location.

All item prices include German VAT (19% VAT).

Please note that we only insure the goods for the delivery, but not for any return shipping. You are responsible for the correct return of the goods in the event of an exchange. Item prices are quoted excluding customs duties. Please note that all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling fees are invoiced separately by DHL for each country. If you have any questions about the amount of taxes and fees applicable in your country, please contact our customer service by email: service@les-soeurs-shop.de. Please note that you may have to pay foreign bank charges.
Customs fees, import sales tax and handling fees etc. from DHL will not be refunded in the event of a return.
