cotton

viscose

Viscose fibers consist of dissolved cellulose and are very similar to cotton fibers. The structure of the cellulose is optimized through a chemical process, which gives the viscose a soft, light drape.

linen

The plant-based natural fiber has a smooth surface, which makes the fabric feel fresh and cool in summer and warms it in winter. Linen ensures a balanced skin climate and is therefore very skin-friendly. It wrinkles badly and is very popular in the layered look.

silk

Silk is an animal fiber. It is obtained from the cocoons of the silkworm. Silk is the only naturally occurring continuous textile fiber and consists mainly of protein. No textile fiber can compete with the comfort of silk. Good silk is expensive and still a luxury product. Apart from the somewhat laborious maintenance, silk has some excellent properties: Silk is light and comfortable, rarely tends to wrinkle and insulates very well. The material shimmers and shines very nicely and absorbs dyes very well, which means that it can be colored particularly brilliantly. It is also the strongest known natural fiber in the world.

cashmere

Merino wool

Merino wool is a particularly high-quality wool that is obtained by shearing the merino sheep. It impresses with its extraordinary wearing properties: no scratching, cooling in summer, warming in winter and therefore perfect in every season. Merino wool "does not stink" - external influences such as smells when cooking or heavy sweating do not affect the fine thread. A quick airing of the garment is enough and it is fresh again, dirt practically rolls off it. At the same time, it protects against UV rays - like a 40+ sunscreen. Tingling due to electrostatic charge, unsightly wrinkles and lint? Just as excluded as flammability - even firefighters rely on protective clothing made of merino wool.

Crepe

These tissues are often referred to as "crashed". It is characterized by a matte, grainy surface. The best known are probably crepe georgette and crepe marocain, which are noticeable because of their flowing drape and are not transparent.

chiffon

One of the most feminine fabrics is chiffon, which is loved for its elegant transparency. Thanks to the light plain weave, the fabric falls smoothly and can be made of polyester or silk.

nylon

The triumphant advance of nylon stockings at the beginning of the 1950s changed the textile industry - unthinkable if women would still only have to wear silk stockings. Nylon is the brand name of a chemical fiber, consists of polyamide and is extremely stretchy.

Spandex

It is particularly characterized by its very high elastic elongation. The fiber retains its strength and therefore does not lose its shape or color even after frequent washing. lycra is a branded premium version of elastane.

polyester

The fiber has been greatly optimized in recent years, so that it is sometimes used rather than z. B. Cotton. Because it dries quickly and has good breathability. The most important criterion for a good eco-balance of clothing is also durability. From an environmental point of view, polyester, with its above-average high level of durability and durability, even performs better than conventional natural fibers.

2. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than 3 working days after ordering. Unless otherwise stated (delivery times see table), delivery within Germany takes place within three to five working days to the delivery address specified by the customer, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location.

3. All item prices include German VAT (19% VAT).

4. Please note that we only take over the insurance of the goods for the dispatch, but not for the eventual return shipment. You are responsible for the proper return of the goods in the event of an exchange. Item prices are quoted without customs duties. Please note that all import sales taxes, customs duties and handling fees are invoiced separately by DHL for each country. It's a shame that you don't want to keep your goods! It goes without saying that we would like to make it possible for you to return the goods comfortably and easily. You therefore have up to 14 days after receiving your item to cancel your order. 

The withdrawal period begins on the day the last item in your order is delivered. The easiest way to make use of your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return slip / delivery note in your package and send the goods back to us. The costs of the return are to be borne by you. Please return all items clean, unworn and with all labels and original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, it is not possible to return underwear, tights, make-up and skin care products (except in the case of defects). 

In order to comply with the cancellation period, however, it is sufficient if you inform us that you want to cancel your order before the cancellation period has expired.

We will immediately reimburse the payments received from you in full, but in no case later than 30 days after you have informed us of the revocation. We use the same payment method that you used for your order. There are no additional costs. We may postpone the refund until we have received the items or you have verified that you sent the items, whichever comes first.

The goods should be sent back to us immediately, but in no case later than 14 days after you have informed us of the cancellation.

You are only liable for a decrease in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality of the item. "Checking the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop, for example. In the event of deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot be released or can only be released in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any benefits drawn if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and functionality.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the respective delivery country. If the delivery was made to Austria, for example, the return can only be initiated from Austria. We use the same payment method for the refund that you used for your order, any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
